Every price in the Cost Check comes from contractor quotes on renovations we designed in the Netherlands between 2024 and 2026. There are more than 90 of them, read line by line: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, electrics, strip-out, hoisting. No foreign averages, no online calculators. We update the prices as new quotes come in.
Your answers decide which lines apply to your home. The floor and the lift decide hoisting. The building year decides the asbestos survey and the size of the contingency. Your choices decide the finish level. That is why two homes of the same size can get very different numbers.
