Most professionals arrive after the damage is done.
The typical process goes: find a property, hire a contractor, get a quote, hope for the best. By the time an architect or renovation specialist gets involved, the purchase is signed, the budget is fixed, and the constraints are locked in. That is not strategy. That is damage control.
My approach inverts this entirely. I work with you before you commit — analysing the structural reality, the regulatory constraints, the realistic cost envelope, and the market ceiling of any renovation investment. So when you move forward, you do so with full technical clarity and a documented plan.
I call this engineering for ROI. Not building what looks beautiful, but building what maximises value with the minimum necessary capital. Every recommendation is filtered through one question: does this create more value than it costs?
